In search of a more positive discussion of privacy through the systemic strategy of reporting and advertising the good practices of Trusted Intermediaries (A.K.A info-me-diaries). This policy reporting activity is aimed at balancing legislation and market regulation to achieve global market compliance in data protection. Positive Privacy is a way of organising the emerging compliance marketplace in a user-centric format which promotes information self-determination.

Positive Privacy addresses the needs of the community through an invite to the discussion of quality of consent and proportional use of personal information. At the moment the current meta-language of digital policy, law, and technology is missing a very important language representing the individual.
